Your main duties will be to:

Run and coordinate a part of our in-house and external designers, being the point of contact in receiving requests and allocating work accordingly Receive, review and disseminate briefs from our traffic manager, understand these creative briefs and be flexible to stylistically and visually make the best out of them Set deadlines, adhere to those deadlines, manage the traffic of the team’s deliverables and tasks Apply QA on deliverables before submission to clients Oversee the creative process of numerous graphic design products Monitor implementation and production process Closely cooperate with art directors on the production of visual products Translate business requirements into visual elements, creating aesthetically pleasing visual materials Produce brochures, logos, layouts, visual identities, infographics, visuals for digital consumption, newsletters and other communication materials Liaise with editorial and communication teams, clients and Project Management in order to enhance the user experience Inspire your team members to be the best of themselves

Qualifications

If you have
Degree in Fine Art Design, Graphic Design, or any other relevant field
More than 8 years of working experience in the field of graphic design and in team management, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
Extensive expertise with graphic design software (Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong communication skills in English
Manifested tendency to creativity
Ability to run a team (previous experience is a prerequisite)
Ability to understand clients’ business needs and provide guidance during implementation
Ability to multi-task, manage changing priorities and meet deadlines Effective time management skills
A positive attitude and a growth mindset
